Hospital at Home
 

Adelman Health provides hospital at home services for patients who require IV medications or new oxygen. Our highly skilled NPs and RNs will see the patient frequently to draw labs, maintain the IV, teach the family how to administer any IV medications, and monitor for improvement.We coordinate with each patient's existing specialists to provide IV fluids and medications at home that can only be done with very close monitoring, sometimes even daily blood work. We order x-rays, EKGs, ultrasounds, and echocardiograms to be done at home.
